Unresponsive. Never sent tickets I paid for.

I paid for my tickets to The Color Factory in NYC. Peek processes the ticket sales. The fee is pretty hefty.

I never got the tickets. It's been a month and they never emailed or texted me the tickets. You can't login to access them. They don't call you back.

I do not know why businesses work with them when it stresses out the customer so much. There has to be a better way.

Using my Amex bill was the only proof I had that I purchased tickets. If they are charging so much, a simple email or text with the ticket confirmation should be standard practice.

I did leave messages but nobody ever responded.

Peek Has Fallen Far

Used Peek as our company’s booking system for about 3 years. In that time, they gradually changed their system “for the better”. These changes reduced our ability to successfully up-sell our products and services, and the changes were usually made with little to no warning. When we decided to move on to another ticketing company, Peek staff was rude and engaged in borderline extortion in their attempt to keep us on their system. The only reason I am giving them two-stars is that our first two years with them were pretty good, and if they were to rollback their recent system changes and policies they could in theory be a good company again. Unfortunately for them they burned their bridges to ever getting my company’s business back.

Made a booking for an excursion for…

Made a booking for an excursion for October, I want to cancel, no one answers me, I don't see it in my personal account. They do not answer the mail, I am writing for the third day !!! Scammers !!!

Great reservation system.

This service has helped my company tremendously with their reservation management system. Online bookings have make an immense difference to my business productivity.
